1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PinoyRemote (pinoyremote.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of content

You may access and share PinoyRemote content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute a substantial portion of the content without prior written permission. Brief excerpts may be quoted with clear attribution and a link to the original page.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original content, branding, and images published on PinoyRemote are owned by Jean Aguilar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Not professional advice

Content published on PinoyRemote is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Please review the Disclaimer for more information.

5. Third-party links and affiliates

PinoyRemote may include links to third-party websites, including affiliate links. PinoyRemote does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. Affiliate relationships are explained in the Disclaimer.

6. Digital products and our 7-day promise

PinoyRemote sells digital products, such as the VA Starter Kit, the VA Proposal Scorecard, the OnlineJobs.ph Profile Pack and their bundles. After payment, you get instant access to your download on the order confirmation page, and the download link is also sent to your email.

Our 7-day promise. If, within 7 days of your purchase:

• a file doesn’t open or download properly, or
• what you received doesn’t match what the product page describes,

email support@pinoyremote.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We’ll first try to fix it, for example by sending a working or corrected file. If we can’t fix it, we’ll give you a full refund to your original payment method.

What this promise doesn’t cover. Since digital files can’t be returned once they’re downloaded, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, or for buying the same product twice by mistake once the second copy has been downloaded. We also can’t refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase. If you bought by mistake and haven’t downloaded the files yet, email us and we’ll look at it case by case.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are sent back through our payment provider (Maya) to the method you paid with: GCash, Maya or card. Once we send it, the time it takes to reach you depends on your payment method and bank. Your download access ends once the refund is processed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jean Aguilar and PinoyRemote are not liable for loss or damage resulting from access to or use of the site, or reliance on its content.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The “last updated” date identifies the current version. Your continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
