What is it like working US hours from the Philippines?
Working for a US client almost always means the graveyard shift, and you should decide with eyes open. A New York client’s 9am to 5pm is your 10pm to 6am for most of November to March, then 9pm to 5am once US daylight saving starts on March 8, 2026.
